- Paddle: our payment provider, used to process subscription and lifetime plan purchases. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles your payment details directly — we do not store your card information.
- Google Gemini AI: when you use AI-assisted features, the task titles and descriptions you provide are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate checklists and time estimates.
- Google AdSense: we display ads served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies and similar technologies to personalize ads and measure their performance. You can control ad personalization through Google Ads Settings.
Your Rights and Data Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@focusinflow.com. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete your account and associated task data from our systems, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations (for example, payment records retained by Paddle).
Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
