Frequently asked questions

I didn't get my verification / password reset email.
Check your spam folder first. The link is valid for a limited time — if it's expired, request a new one from the login or forgot password page. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and we'll help.
How do I change my focus and break durations?
Open Timer Settings from the app sidebar. You can set your focus length, short and long breaks, how often a long break happens, auto-start behaviour, and sound & notification preferences.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Payments are handled securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel a Premium subscription any time from your profile's Account Status card — you keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. In your profile's Settings tab you can export all your data (JSON or CSV) and permanently delete your account and its data at any time.
Do the AI features cost anything?
Free accounts get a small number of AI suggestions per day, or you can add your own Google AI key for unlimited use. Premium includes managed, unlimited AI with no key needed.
